This is Tuesday evening, nineteen days since we filed our Petitions. I was hoping for Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, but now we only have Wednesday remaining. We are hoping, praying, and waiting! When it happens we will be so  thankful! I am still healing, doing well, and trying to rest and be careful not to sit on soft cushioned chairs too long at any one time. I am standing and laying down part of the time, and recovering feeling good, but not healed completely yet, but I will get there. It is just a matter of carefulness, patience, and rest. Most of all I want the notifications of our Petitions being approved!

What is the full requirements from Manila? Does Permanent residence include living at a location 6 months as an ACR card holder?

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Immigration has a !IST of requirements on their web page, requirements for filing nbsa the I-130 is what it is called. I think 6 months as an activated would qualify. I used my acricard and all the pages in my passport, and I am a permanent resident of the Philippines.

You don't need Permanent residence. They will let you file even if you are on a Tourist ACR I-card.

Here are the list of requirements:

That is a reasonable amount of time. We called the Embassy on the telephone today to talk with them about the Police Clearance from Lebanon. They are escalating our case to a higher level to figure out how to help us with that problem, and then they will send us an email letting us know what to do next. This nice to have people be helpful!

Today we are one step closer to solving the Lebanese Police Clearance probem. I spent all afternoon as evening printing documents that we will need for our interviews. Most everything from our Petitions filing, I made more copies from the originals.I think I am finished with that job now, except we need to have more passport style photos made.our visa interview materials are looking good.
