I received my NOA1 for my I-131 and I-485 yesterday. But I  am having problems with my I-765.

I submitted the I-765 together with my I-485 and was under the impression that I did not have to pay a separate filling fee since I submitted the forms together. The I-797C that I received for my I-765 says that "The payment amount is incorrect of has not been provided"
The I-797C also says  "The application was filed on an outdated version of this form." I have double checked https://www.uscis.gov/i-765 And I send them the most current version of the I-765(07/17/17).

I used eligibility category C09

I don't understand what I submitted wrong, so I don't know how to fix it. Does anyone else know what to do?

Have you checked the format of the print out? When I printed a form from my Swedish laptop it didn't print with US standard, but regular A4 that we have in Scandinavia, causing the bottom of the form not to print properly (partly missing). I didn't notice this and had the petition rejected (the reason they gave me was the same as yours, "outdated form").

That might not be the issue at all though, many people have gotten their applications rejected for no reason. USCIS makes errors. If nothing is wrong with your form all you can do is refile. Don't forget to add a copy of the i-485 NOA1 as proof of having a pending i-485 so you get the i-765 for free. You could also add an explanation.

For anyone in the same situation in the future.
I called the USCIS today. Talked to tier 1 and tier 2. Neither admitted that the US has made a mistake. But they did admitted that I had used the correct form and was not supposed to submit a filling fee. So I can only conclude that somebody messed up and did not notice that I filled the I-485 at the same time.
They told me to resubmit and include an explanation, all the documents I send the first time and the I-797C for the I-485 and I-765
