Hi everyone,

I received an NOA2 that said the I-130  was approved and is being forwarded to the NVC.

I've been reading guides on the next steps and they seem to suggest that my wife ( the beneficiary abroad ) will be getting the I-864 for me ( USC in the US ) to fill out and send back.

Can someone clarify this? Shouldn't the NVC send the I-864 to me instead to fill out and send back?

Thank you

Thanks aleful , it says in the guide here http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1 :

Interview Forms / Items:

"9. I-864 Affidavit of Support Form along with past 3 year U.S tax returns (or transcripts) and any other financial documents required."

So I need to make a copy of the I846 I filed and all the documents associated with it and send it overseas for my wife's interview?

Thanks again.

Because the beneficiary should also take a copy to interview and if anything changes the beneficiary should take an updated original to interview.
