I make inquire about my case before 2 days ago and the embassy send back this email

Thank you for your email.
We appreciate your frustration, however, for the visa to be issued we must receive the proper authorization from the Department of State. It is difficult to predict how long it will take the State Department to process any given administrative process. On average, cases take about six months, but we have experienced cases that have taken much longer.

Unfortunately nothing can be done from our side other than waiting for the State Department answer and following up on a regular basis.

As soon as an answer is received we will be in touch.

Thank you

anyone can hell please how long it will take !!!!

Posted (edited)

Their reply literally just told you they don't know how long it will take, so why would you think someone here could tell you how long it will take?

AP has no upper limit; it can take weeks, months, or (rarely) years.

It sounds to me like they’re just gonna let it die. You could contact your congressman and see if they can make an inquiry about it, or you can cancel the K1 getting ahead of them, go there and get married and file for CR1.

No i dont think so man if they eant it to die they are not shy to send it back to usics but they need time i hope soon inshallah
