Hello everyone. it is been two and half years sense day 1 visa journey . spouse visa

The wife is American citizen born and raised in California and the husband is from Tunisia.

getting the Visa took 13 month and may 2017 we took a plane and we got to USA.

on my passport they give me 12 month visa I-551 Permanent Residence proof

 

and i didn't get the green card to this time .

anyone have similar situation? 

is it just my case or the  Green Card issuing is on pause ?

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

Did you change address? 

Does your mailbox have your name on it?

Did you log in to track the delivery?

Have you done an enquiry with USCIS?

- your Visa is getting issued you need to wait

 

no explanation. nothing ... 

Not visa but green card.  

 

Ombudsman is best bet now
