@Arazia: Have you received your NOA? I'm asking since I saw our checks got cashed the same day as yours... I'm still waiting for my NOA but I think it should arrive any day now.

Not yet, but I'm at work right now and haven't checked my snail-mail at home yet today. I'm hoping it will be waiting in the mailbox. *fingers crossed*

Thanks :) The picture was taken on our wedding day. My husband is originally from Southern Cali but we live in the SF area. His parents immigrated to the US from Japan more than 35 years ago.

Still no NOA1 for us, although I'm starting to wonder if it's just the mail being slow, or issues with the mailbox. For instance, I got a card for a convention I registered me and Harry for, confirming my registration, but we haven't gotten one for him. We've gotten other things sent to him at the house before with no problems though. Guess I'll just keep waiting and see, but it looks like we may not be able to get him in to college this summer at the rate things are going.

I'll be updating the 'master list' of May filers on Monday.

When filing the I-485, on the very first blank, do you use the married surname or maiden name?

What is the name of the EAD form to be filed with the I-485?
