Hey guys, I just called USCIS, but nothing new. They told me I have to wait till processing time for I-485 at my local office (Hialeah, FL) is in Oct 2017 (my received date). Currently they're working on March 2017 cases. For now I won't receive any letter, unless they require more information from me. So, the answer was: "you have to wait" ....

I just hope that even for I-485 they don't put us (F2A categories) behind K1 like they did for EAD/AP. That would be tragic.

I don't think they share the same view with you. I think they feel they are doing us a favor, even if they are paid by us. Did you get any mail about your SRs?

30 days since last Service request (Jan 8th) so called and the guy transferred to Level 2 and scheduled a call back. new SR created so I guess 30 more days !!!! :D

no no lets be positive!! maybe the l2 officer will tell you they have started working on oct fillers. Try to ask them that i guess...what month are they working on right now for F2As?

How the hell waiting 4 months is considered "under standard processing timeframe"!! WTH is wrong with them! This is the worst service center :ranting:

Looks like our friend Oct17F2A has been waiting for months even though his priority date has been current for the longest while but his field office is still processing dates as of March 2017.

but how is other K1 filers are getting interview letters? they should also work according to field office timeline, no?
