According to the Visa Bulletin, I'll be current in Feb. What will happen then?

 

Please provide the location of your USCIS field office where you did your biometrics. Most likely that same office will schedule your interview.

His profile says Hialeah, FL. Which was taking 7 months with AOS as of Oct 31st.

I'm seeing so many people with wait time of 160+ days. And its making me sad, but then I think what USCIS keeps saying "every case is different."

no, mostly not. mostly spouses of USC. But some USC spouses are getting it really quickly and some not... hence quoting USCIS "every case is different". I'm tired of even asking them if they are F2A or not.

I have a feeling that nothing is going to happen until mid February for all of us (Early Oct 2017 AOS F2A filers). I hope they at least don't delay the GC interview.

lol take it easy man, we have travel arranged end of March, if we don't get it by Mid Feb, I will talk to my senator and raise an expedite request

Wish I had gone for Consular processing. At least would have received my GC much faster.

I called USCIS again today since they told me to call them in a week. The L1 officer didn't transfer me to a L2 saying that I need to wait for a month since the last time I put in an SR (Dec 29th). So he told me to call back on Jan 29th...which is 3 days!!! why can't they just transfer and be done with it. Anyway....he also said that we are still within the processing times since now they are working on Aug 1st applications???!!!

Its a shame ! I called the USCIS phone line again for my EAD/AP card and they told me to wait until Feb 9th as my last SR was on Jan 9th. Still the Dec 19th SR is not assigned for processing.

January 26th came and went, and still no update from USCIS on the processing times.
