Hi,

My brother Filed my F4 -brothers and Sisters of US citizens in may 2005. ie me +my husband + son (7 yrs) + daughter (2) years of age in 2005.

as per the present trend immigration approval is expected around 2019 -2020. by that time my son will be around 21 plus or maybe 22 yrs of age. will we face the age out problem for my son? will he be eligible for usa immigration viza if his age is above 21 at the time of visa call?

if yes what are the solutions.

Look up CSPA and see if that applies.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I am married to the US citizen  leaving abroad and recently I

was called for an interview  which went well except in the past I lived in Venezuela

so they require a police certificate from Venezuela.

I lived there 10 years ago so I don't even have an ID. Can U help tell me how to go about it.
