My advice is to get a very experience immigration attorney to help you with this waiver .

Thank you appreciate your kind thoughts.  I am in the process. I found Michael Cho who has experienced with US-Philippines 1-601a waivers. His fee seems to be excellent than others i compared with.  This is just a crazy situation i am in.  How are you coping up?

I am in the same situation as you just my fiancé’s visa was refused do to a cimt . It’s very hard to deal with this him being far away and I am also pregnant but hopefully my lawyer after gets off from vacation can finally start our waiver and we don’t have to wait too long for him to be finally home with me .

I can feel the hard pinch of this on you.  Remain strong for the baby.  It will eventually get fixed. Who is your lawyer? I worked with a lawyer from 2014 to 2017, Cody Christiansen, now i am taking him to small claims court for unfinished legal service.  He closed the immigration side of his office then moved out of the area. Hopefully, Michael Cho will do a better and more professional work for me.
