can Beneficiary change job after filing I130

Switching jobs is fine, but I wouldn't do it too close to the interview if at all possible; you want a few months of the new job under your belt to show paystubs and that the job is stable.

As I'm beneficiary spouse, I and my USC wife had already submitted I-130 and I-130A to USCIS. During it's pending,  it affects or not if i change new job ? thanks

No, the beneficiary's job does not matter as your financials do not matter.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
