For TSA you need to be a USC but for an airline a green card holder is fine, at least for Delta and Southwest.  I applied for Southwest but declined the job and I was eligible for Delta but never applied.

I agree with the above poster regarding delta. I have a friend who works for an airline (delta) with a green card. However she works in the office i am not sure is this differs at the airport.

The job I looked at was for an airline attendant aka steward/stewardess/flight attendant.
