missing document

Hi ,

 

Im currently sponsor my mom , i just receive the email said that i have to send photocopies of my civil documents and signed Form I-864 Affidavit of Support.  I did submit my photocopies of my civil documents and signed Form I-864 with all document , i was wondering why do i still have to resend  ?

Hi Michael , 

Yes i did wrote down my case number on each document . And i did sign for I-864 affidavit of support . 

But on the email said i have missing document civil documents and sign of I-864

Give a call to NVC before you send out all documents again. May be they have send you the letter by mistake
