Hello I am a US Citizen, my fiance here with me in the States we are getting married soon but due to not having her divorce paperwork with us yet and her six months stay is about to expire, should I wait to marry her or get married before her time is due, then wait on paperwork to change her status?? Did I mention that she has her kids too, and she's 19 weeks pregnant with my boy? Any help is very appreciated!!!

When you marry won't matter either way. What matters is when you file for her.

Avoiding any period of unlawful presence is definitely preferred. Once you file for AOS, you are granted authorized stay while the case is pending.

Overstay as the IR of a USC is ignored for AOS purposes, but if you can avoid the overstay in the first place, then I would highly suggest doing so.
