Sending more evidence after initial pack

Hi all,

 

Been a while since I posted, I sent my ROC pack last week, and after mailing I found some additional items that on retrospect I would have included. Once I receive my NOA is it possible to send additional documents to be included. I'll be waiting with the CSC for however long so figured if I send more in a month or two it won't hurt. Just wondered if anyone has done the same.

include a copy of your extension letter on top, and a (brief) cover letter clearly stating your A# and that it is additional evidence.

I wouldn't bother. I don't think there is a very good chance it would make it to your file.  If you get an RFE, you'll have more to send.

Where do you get this from?

How do you think RFE replies get matched up with your A# folder?

 

It specifically states on the extension letter that you can submit additional evidence at a later date and to include a copy of the extension notice if you do.

Nothing like editing my response to take it out of context as I never said not to send.  Over the years many have done what the OP wants to do with varying success

 

The RFE's go to a different mailing address that is set up for special handling

It is purely an opinion. An RFE is returned with the RFE letter to a specific address where presumably the file is pulled awaiting reply. I envision an unsolicited submission needing to matched up with a file somewhere in a giant warehouse full of one year's worth of files in thousands of boxes. So I would wait to see if more is needed at a later date when somebody has actually reviewed it and decided it was lacking.

Thanks all, if the NOA letter states more can be sent then nothing to lose (except shipping costs). The check was cashed today so I'll watch out for the letter. I'm on the side of doubtful anything gets matched up, but as I said cost and effort will be minimal.
