Hello,

I had my interview November 15 of 2017 and was told my visa was approved; however, I was missing my DACA card so I was given a 221g form. Once mailed along with my passport, I was notified by DHL that the consulate received my documents November 28th. On the CEAC website my case was changed in this order: Administrative Processing >> Ready >> Administrative Processing. It was last updated December 1st. I have been waiting in Juarez for about a month now and when I went to the consulate on November 6th to check my status with them, they said the system was down and everyone is being told they would have to wait 2-3 weeks. I just wanted to know if I'm stuck in a rut or if I should receive my visa soon? I already missed Thanksgiving, and wouldn't want to miss Christmas with my family as well.
