Thank you so much for the explanation and hugs ( hug back). Going to check my mail box now and ready to contact the congressman.

No problem and keep us updated!  I was saying in the May 2017 Filers thread that there's no freaking point in even giving out EAD/AP combo cards if they're going to take so long.  A lot of people are getting the combo cards only one or two months before the interview.

Hey mushroomspore I was thinking to involved my senator and you give me another good idea now thank you I hope involving them won’t hurt and make them angry. But I can’t wait anymore I feel like they totally forget about me! And also they are processing September 15 now it’s unbelievable!! *Hugs from me*

What is your PD?  How many days has it been?  If it's been more than 120 days, I think it's okay to involve the congressperson and ombudsman.

I also want to suggest you to make an in person appointment to talk to the officer in the local office. That was what i did after i called the customer service multiple times to raise SRs and Expedite Request but got useless response. But when i went to the appointment, the officer in my local office was able to put a personal note to the officer in charge in National Benefits Center for expedite. I went there last Monday, and i got this letter this Monday even with several holidays in between. I had another friend also had her EAD pending for more than 90 days and she did the appointment and got her response in a week.

side notes about online infopass appointment, they release the appointment time slots Mon-Fri 12:00am, usually it will be gone in a few minutes, so you have to be very very quick in checking right at 12:00am, and if you laptop keyboard already store your personal info, you will be able to fill the form much faster. That's how i got my appointment on Monday at a Sunday midnight.
