My wife recently got her Citizenship and now she wants to petition her sister, her husband, and 2 children to come to the United States. Her two children are 11 and 3.

 

In addition to filing the I-130, it looks like the I-130A would be filed her her husband, but is there a form for her children?

No I-130A is needed. The spouse and children are derivative beneficiaries. The I-130A is only for petitioning your spouse.

 

Just FYI, it's about a 15+ year wait (assuming the category still remains...it often cited as likely to be on the chopping block if there's immigration reform).

 

No form for the children...just list them. Once the I-130 is approved and the the case is ready to proceed at NVC (in ~15 years from filing), they will need to complete more paperwork/forms.
