Hi, I hope you're fine, I have brothers who are not brothers of the same father, in other words, we do not have the same last name, does that pose a problem? in the administrative treatment? Is it possible to refuse my visa Thank you in advance

It is not a problem, nor is there any question about your siblings on any relevant form.

Being more clear about the context of your question is always good.  People even of limited education usually assume brothers with different last names are half brothers or brothers with different fathers.  It's not uncommon.  There are three separate family names among my mother's four children.

I am also my brothers from my mother, they are not from my father, so we do not have the same family name. And they asked me to answer the names of the brothers whose names I wrote. But I am afraid to refuse my visa if they do not find the same family names between me and them. Does this cause a problem or a normal at the consulate?

Really, don't ask the same question over and over again.  Having brothers or sisters with different last names is perfectly normal in LIFE, so not a concern with regard to a visa.
