Hello everyone 😊

I'm almost ready to send off the AOS and IV packet tomorrow I just want to make sure I have everything they are asking for.

Petitioner and joint sponsor 's employment letter and recent  3 paystubs

Sign form I864A for Joint sponsor's Household

Joint sponsor's Bank statement for I864A  Proof of relationship

Petitioner and joint sponsor 's US proof status Greencard copy

Petitioner's Driving licence copy

IV DOCUMENT COVER SHEET

Applicant's Valid passport copy

Applicant's Birth certificate

English and Native language Marriage certificate

Applicant's Police clearance certificate

Applicant's 2 passport size picture

Certificate by translator

Do i need to send Federel income tax return copy??

Make sure you include the nikahnama (Bangla and English) with marriage certificate copy. And also for the green card, make sure you get the both sided (front and back) copy. If you send IRS tax transcript then nothing else is required for the NVC process but if you want you can include whatever you want just to be on safe side. Good luck !!

I also add Nikahnama bangla and English copy.

I have another question.. i am sending Only most recent Irs tax transcript and w2... Is it enough?

Only the most recent year is required. If you marked off on the I-864 that you will send the 2 years prior to that as well, then you need to include the returns for those years.

 

As a note, you should send the tax transcript OR a copy of the tax return (1040) + all W2s/1099s.

Technically speaking, YES just last year IRS tax transcript is enough but if you can I would recommend to include last 3 years. But if you can't, that's okay nothing to worry. Only last year tax info should be enough.
