Nobody at biometrics will even listen - theyr'e contractor, not USCIS offcers, they need to fingerprint maximum amount of people in the day and that's the only thing they do.

What? Not true.. People even get their name changes through at biometrics. Might depend on if it's done at a ASC or an actual USCIS office.

OP if it says you have to re-affirm it as correct and true, then it seems easy to me. Let them know of the mistake. Whether they do something then or later is not up to you, but then you have done your part.

What was the mistake?

I think what you can do is, if your biometric location is the same as your assigned local office tell them such mistake and you want to make a correction and I think they will refer you to another officer in charge.  Another option would be to make an info pass appointment to let them know and submit a supporting document.  Another one, would be to do it during your interview and submit supporting document.  Or you can mail a letter to the NBC Office address who mailed you the biometric appointment (with supporting document), telling them about it and in your letter put your Case Number, & Alien Number so it makes them easy to refer and pull up your file.
