SInce he's already left the USA, and no A O S was filed, 

well, you're off the hook for any future stuff , as there was no I-864 filed. 

 

The duration on the I-134 is 90 days from P O E, I assume it's way past the 90 day mark.  

 

As to divorce ? There's always a D I Y version available at your county courthouse - you want to study about 'in abstentia' as your spouse is NOT in the USA and maybe you have an additional waiting period before you (as the petitioner to the court) can actually file.  Jurisdiction/rules is by state, and state law varies - but the county courthouse website usually has a FAQ so check that out soonish, next, now. 

 

re: the mental bits - seek a counselor when you can.  Moving for a new job is always stressful but sitting with a therapist is always useful.
