Regarding N400 petition

I applied for N 400 as spouse's for American citizen after completing the total of 3 years, after  a month I did traffic violence and got 3 tickets at the same time, ( failed to using light through driving, drive without due care, improper moving from lane) ... each one has 2 points. The court removed one of the violence by taking safety class level 2, and the point of second violence it's was waved by taking another class suggested  from my driveing license State, so now I only have 2 point from third violence .... It's can be affect to my approval for citizenship specially When I went to  the interview, the officer asked me if I did any traffic violence and I told yes but she looked like shocked when she heard they are 3 tickets at the same date,....... 

Another question please regarding my application. I have got married on 2012 and I come to United State on 2014 after I spend 2 years of waiting the immigration visa, ... and In my culture we do the wedding ceremony  after a while from marriage legally ( I mean that we are legally  married but socially kind be separate till we announce we got marriage through ceremony)  that was another issue I've got at interview, I told the officer that we got married legally on 2012 but I've got the ceremony on 2014  and explaining to he that's come from our relegion and culture in my country,....  she is really shocked how we spent around 2 years far away from each other ..... I tried to explain her many times although that I miss expresed the correct word  but she seems to be unsatisfied then she left me for awhile  and she returns back telling me that she asked advisor who help me how my marriage go through in my culture ..... ....after many confusion that tried to track me in ...... Then finally she said that I pass the all history test but she gave me the form N652 that decision can not be made till I  submit many doc. To improve that we are still togeother  like our tax return it should be under both names ( me and my husband) and she said she gonna look how the marriage will go through in my culture

I'm not entirely sure what your question is?  All you can do at this point is submit the further evidence she is requesting.  Tax returns, bank statements, etc.

Seems the IO cannot make a decision until she receives those, from what you said above.
