Nikha or registed marriage certificate

Timeline

I sent in my husband's I 130 petition in June I sent uscis the registed marriage certificate and the nikha in English but it was not signed by the translator will the marriage certificate solely work?

For immigration purpose all they need is a Registered Marriage Certificate

A certified translation must be signed by the translator.  Did you also send the Urdu version.  They need the document AND the certified translation of it, whenever translation is needed.

No we did not send in Urdu version I'm sure we will get a request for evidence thank you for your help

Just incase if they ask you for any other document and if that document is in Urdu then make sure you get it translated into English and keep it ready.
