we sent in our i-601a on the first week of april and got approved on july 13,2017. It all depends on the applicants background and criminal history, also if you have plenty of supporting documentation for the hardship then I think that is what makes the approval faster.

Mine was sent in in September 2017, got the receipt with a notice date of Sep  25th, 2017. Waiting now for the biometrics.Did you do your biometrics?  I really don't think the processing times are accurate, and that the officer's discretion plays a role in how fast some applications are processed. When we filed the I824 it showed a six months processing, and it was approved in 30 days. I'm on a fb  group for I601a applicants and most of the people who have applied in May have been approved.

New to the group here!                                   Hope everyone is doing well!                         I was wondering if anyone knows where I 601A waivers get processed at? Service centers or Field Offices? My I 130 is currently being processed at Potomac Service center and I am impatiently waiting here to file my I 601A once I 130 hopefully gets approved!
