Hi guys, we filed for K1 Visa and now we are married and got letters that they received our docs, and I have gone to do my biometric that I thought it was supposed to be an interview, they didn’t tell me how long is the wait and what is going to be the next step. Also filled for work permit and travel permit. May someone please let me know how long is going to be before they send an email or sms because it’s almost a month of no response and no information

The wait on average right now for the SO and the EAD is about 120 days. While the whole process for AOS is taking 9-12 months right now.

Sorry the AP not SO. It would not let me go back and change it. The AP is the travel document.

Thank you guys, I appreciate your feedback and information. I received my work permit and travel parole a month ago and I noticed that it said that my country of birth is unknown and I called to raised it with USCIS but said that it should not be a problem and it will depends on the employers to give me a job or and that should not be a problem at all.
