We had our interview today and i couldnt tell if that was ok or not. Officer started out so rude with me. I smiled to my husband and he said "whats funny, tell me so i can laugh too" whic i was actually smiling. We were so relaxed when we go to interview and answered all his questions well. He seemed irritaded we were relaxed. He was asking same questions again and acting like he doesnt remember. Me and my husband is in same nationality, he had problem with my husbands accent and even didnt understand half of the thing he said. I now wish we had an at least interpreter with us. At the and he gave us paper says further review. He didnt say there was a discrepancy, he said they will go over everything if there is any discrepancies. He asked if we want to give submit anything else.  I gave him life insurance, car title together which we bought together and more photos. When he looked at the photos he kept our disney photos and wedding photos. He seemed liked photos but was upset with me because i didnt take copy of title and life insurance for him so he wouldnt bother taking copies there. I didnt understand anything from this interview. Is this normal?

Sorry to hear about your experience. But for them to repeat the same questions is something common. This is the same with visa interview at the embassy level. They do that to make sure your answers are consistent and that you aren't lying. As for the officer's rudeness, again, they are just trying to see how you would react. Besides, they are not your friend and they are there to do their job. Almost everyone gets the further review slip. Should be OK. Just sit back and wait for your husband's green card to arrive :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
