After NVC, everything is specific to your embassy.  I can't tell you the specifics, but I can point you in a good direction.

Click on "PORTALS" above.  That will take you to your country specific portal.  You will find a lot of people there that are in the process and have gone through the Thai embassy.

You might also enjoy the April I-129F Filers forum, click below and scroll to the last page.  Ask questions there of others in like circumstance as you.  I suggest April list as they are about where you are today in terms of progress.

We already have our Case number from the NVC. We're under K1.May I ask what did you do after you had your case number? I'm going to process my K1 visa here in Thailand. Thank you! :)

  1. Go to CEAC website, login using case number and other numbers
  2. Pay fees
  3. Fill Form
  4. Collect financial and supporting documents
  5. Submit required documents
  6. Get Medical Exam
  7. Wait for Interview
  8. Visa is issued
  9. Travel

Good Luck :)

Make sure you are using only the criteria for Thailand. Review the requirements of submittals. Find out exactly what it takes to get the police report & medical aspects done.

You are processing the case?
