I was just wondering if anyone experienced this kind of glitch. Filed for AOS on May 30, 2017 and had an interview for it exactly 3 months later (Aug. 30) which was approved and got the GC in the mail 2 weeks later. However, I received a Request for Further Evidence for both EAD and AP in the mail, asking to submit a copy of our marriage certificate as my (last) name didn't match up with their file and service records. There was a date until when to submit the RFE and it's months away so I wasn't really worried and just waited for the GC as we thought that those other two won't be necessary once GC is on hand or thought that there will be an update on the online status saying that it will be invalid as the required service/document has already been obtained thru other means (GC). It still stated that RFE has been sent though, so we'll just go ahead and send what they require today. Don't know how it will go but won't really hurt to do so as it's just a minor requirement.
