Question after parents visas are approved

Parents had their US Visa interview(IR5) on September 14th at US embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan. they were approved and today on 09/19/2017 they got their passports with Visas.

 

i paid IV Application processing fee($325+$325) and AOS fee ($120) at NVC level,  My question is do i have to pay any other fees now? if yes how do i pay that?

It doesn't have to be you, but somebody has to pay the $220 Immigrant Fee for each beneficiary. Until this is paid, they won't get the physical green card. This can be paid before or after POE.
