What To Do?

Good afternoon everyone it is great that I was able to find this awesome forum because it helped me a lot to rest assure that how I filed for my wife was correct. So here is the story...

 

I'm a US Citizen and she is a Mexican citizen. She did her bachelors and masters here in the USA. While she was enrolled in school she had working visa, graduated, she kept her visa for one more year and then had to turn it in. She then went ahead and applied for a NAFTA visa which she used for 2 years up until we got married she turned it in. She came back into the USA with a B2 visitors visa which is set to expire in November.

Wife and I got married May 23 this year. I went ahead and turned in her I-130 and I-130a at the end of June. (still pending approval, Nebraska Office is still working on it and barely working paperwork from December 2016)

I asked and read about additional paperwork that needed to be submitted and found about about the I-485, I-693, I-765, and I-864. I went ahead and got all the paperwork together and submitted it last week. (processing office is going to be San Antonio, Texas)

 

So my question here is how long do you think it will take for them to approve her I-765 (on the website it states they are working paperwork from May 2017) AND what should I do about her B2 Visa that is set to expire in November...should I try to get another one or what should I do? I want her to retain "legal status" while in the USA and not violate anything.

 

I am a Licensed US Customs Broker and have dealt with US Customs for about 16 years so I know how they are and I don't want to violate anything or do anything that might jeopardize my wife.
