Hey guys I just wanted some advice on the form I-751 and evidence regarding my wife's last name. When we got married we decided to hyphenate her last name, so instead of just Demidova she took my last name and hyphenated to Demidova-Doronin. So my question is on the form I-751 when it asks for family name (last name) its before she got married correct?

2nd question is for the evidence that we have joint bank account and her credit cards also only use her last name because they didnt have enough space. Would I be denied or receive RFE when her green card shows Demidova-Doronin for her last name meanwhile utility bill, credit cards and phone bills just show Demidova instead of Demidova-Doronin.

IMHO you state names as they currently are, and put any previous names in the "previously used names" section.

That should also clear up any issues with mismatching names on documents.

As an aside, as a measure of personal information security, it is usually suggested *not* to leave any personally identifying information, such as actual last names, in a public forum.

Re:  the paragraph above...   Since your ID is actually two first names, it might be logical to figure out your actual identities.  Hopefully you used pseudonyms, but if you didn't, you need to ask the moderator to modify your post and remove or alter those last names.
