@EandH0904 think you'll be able to assist? OP is in Morocco :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

@KULtoATL

Sure I can.

@K1vi You can get the police certificate from the Center Police Station in your area. I will message you with more information. The certificate of non-marriage - I don't know how to describe it in English so:

حسن السيرة من مقر الشرطة.. شهادة العزوبة من المقاطعة . الترجمة هناك مترجمين محلفين في الدار البيضاء. ابحث عنهم في مدينتك.

Make sure you don't get your documents until close to your interview because they are only good for 90 days.

My husband is a resident in morocco too and as a foreigner in morocco you only need that one the casier judiciaire but you will have to get a police certificate or police clearance from your home country and from any place you have traveled legally...if you have any questions about the k1 visa process in Morocco as a foreigner with a resident permit please ask because I went through this process already
