Hello Dears i need a help regarding my Question..My brother is an American citizen and he filled the application form of I-130 petition for Alien relative to help me in Emigration to USA and it's pending now could i go to American embassy in cairo and ask for tourism Visa or it's not applicable now ?

You can try.

 

But to be honest it is going to be very difficult. Reason why is because it takes a several years for sibling to get their visas. And in the past many used a visitor visa to come to the US and stay instead of waiting for their case to be complete. So immigration has clamped down on giving tourist visas to people who have immigrant intent. If you have a case pending that means you are intending to immigrate to the US.

What  matters is current intent, not something you may or may not do in 15 years.

 

You can certainly apply.
