My wife and I got PR status on 10/3/2012. We will complete 5 years on 10/3/2017. We took the advantage of 90 days early filing period, and sent our N400 forms to Texas on July 5, 2017. We got bio metrics done on July 25 and now waiting for interview date.

While reviewing my form, i noticed that on the day of application my presence in the US was less than 913. I was three moths short. Now I am confused what to do. Should I withdraw the application and apply again when I fulfill the 30 month physical presence or attend the interview.

My wife fulfill all the requirements and most likely will get her citizenship certificate. We have three kids- one is US born other two are foreign born. We are in the US for 13 years and own a house,

I will appreciate any suggestion from members.

I think it can cause a problem, since in their instructions openly says 30 months of present in US before applying. You can find an immigration attorney for right action and answer.
