What questions were asked? Was there any topic that the CO focused on?  How many times have you two met up?  For how long? Did you marry on the first visit?  Is there a large age difference?

You'll have to wait for them to send it back to USCIS. You'll then be told the reason for your denial and you will need to respond accordingly. They will then send the case back to the embassy asking them to reconsider. This can take a while. What's your background. How many visits did you have, how long married? Married on first Trip?

We were 3yrs in April...he's been visiting since 2013,n comes every year. We called USCIS n were told to wait for 180 days, n that was in Feb this year, the 180 days elapsed n we were still asked to wait.

We didn't marry on his first visit, we r both Ghanaians, we did on his second visit, to my best of knowledge I answered every question honestly...the only qtn I got wrong was on time, he asked wat time it was in my husband's state at the time of the interview. He also asked y I didn't present the church's marriage certificate since we had a ch wedding, to church I answered truthfully, the ch isn't gazetted, we therefore use the cert from the court. The age dif isn't large, he is 6 years older, n we were 2yrs in marriage at the time of the interview. My qtn, wat can we do? Is there any action we can take, it's actually becoming frustrating, he had work n come n spend everything n go back, we can't do anything meaningful cuz we r caught in the middle. Our lives are almost in a stand still. This thing is so hard.

I'm so sorry, it sounds like you had a solid case.

Have you tried contacting the senator to see if they can inquire about the reason for the denial?

Look up the senators for the state your husband lives in and have him contact them for assistance.
