Report Address of Second Residence?

Hello all,

My wife and I have always used the same address since I've come to the US. It's on all of our USCIS forms, our Driver's Licenses, Tax Forms etc. I work 2 cities away from this address (in a very busy/touristy area). I didn't drive in my home country (I just got my license this year), and my wife isn't comfortable with me driving to work in "crazy Southern California", so she was dropping me off and picking me up every day. The commute was getting very difficult and parking was near impossible, so we decided to rent a cheap apartment down the street from where I work. We split our time between these two residences. We never reported this second address to USCIS because we don't need to CHANGE our address in their system because we still use this original address that they have on file. Our lease for the apartment has the new address on it, other than that, all of our supporting evidence lists the original address.

When filing for Removal of Conditions next month, we are asked to provide our Mailing Address AND our Physical Address, should we just list our original address for BOTH? I'm guessing we should do that AND include an explanation as to why the lease (included in our evidence) has a second address on it.

Any advise would be so greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

D & K

Just use your original address for both. Would you feel obliged to inform them about a holiday home in Florida? It's no different for a convenient apartment close to work. Your home is still your home, residence, and mailing address.
