Hello, I have CR1 visa and want to visit India during my winter holidays. Is it okay to fly out of Toronto,Canada as it is nearer to buffalo. Will I face any difficulty in the airport because I'm traveling from Canada and have no Canadian visa? Kindly let me know.

Yes, as long as you have a valid green card (or equivalent - stamped visa, temporary I-551 stamp, etc.) you can enter Canada without a visa. You will need a Canadian eTA to fly back into YYZ.
