Can my fiance visit me while the K1 process , I sent the form 1 week ago and she is thinking to came in few weeks

Thank you

She sure can :) I'm not sure if she's gotten her border crossing card and B2 but this page outlines a variety of proofs that she can bring to a B2 visa interview: https://mx.usembassy.gov/visas/tourism-visitor/.

If she already has a B2, then perhaps bring a few supporting documents to the POE just in case she needs to prove that she's only entering for a visit and won't attempt to enter with the intent to adjust her status. Examples: return flight itinerary/ticket, letter from her employer stating how long she's off for and when she's expected to return, a few ongoing bills proving that she's maintaing her life in Mexico or if a student, letter to show she's enrolled in her course or latest tuition payment receipt etc.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
