they each must get a visa on thier own there are no group visitor visas. they need to bring proof of ties to thier homeland. your presence in the us does not help them at all.

Is this the answer of my query????

You already asked similar questions, didn't like the replies, so made another thread until you get the replies you like?

This is my another question. M not talking abt group visa. I know they will get individual visa. My query is how can they take interview date so that they can stand in front of counselor together not one by one interview?

I would expect that they will both be called up together.

I'm not sure which embassy they'd be interviewing at but with my local embassy, family members usually get called to the same interview window together as a group :)

If I recall correctly, when I scheduled my interview appointment, the page had multiple steps e.g. Step 1: Enter my personal details and preferred method of receiving the visa followed by Step 2: Enter details of family members that will be applying or interviewing together.

Look into that when creating a profile and scheduling the interview online at the ustraveldocs website. I could not access the page where it asked for family details presently because I have a confirmed solo appointment.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
