I'm sure this is a stupid question but I was just wondering about my NOA receipt number. It has MSC in front of it. Do all applications go there from the Chicago lockbox or whats the difference?

MSC is the Missouri Service Center, AKA National Benifits Center. Chicago does not process anything other than payment.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I don't think employment based petitions go there.

little4ele,

The Chicago lockbox is the receiving station for the NBC - an off-site mailroom, so to speak.
