Yes ,  Current year's income above poverty ..@ NVC stage Do we have to submit 6 months payslips..I read in i864 Instructions.

Do you have any idea how many payslips & along with Employment letter i have to send with IV Packet to NVC.

Follow the I-864's instructions. It asks for 6 months of payslips and letter from employer if you think they may help substantiate your employment and income. However, the most important evidence here would be the IRS tax return transcripts :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Firstly, to show your current income, provide your payslips and letter from employer. Make sure your HR states what's your annual income for 2017. That would highly help :)

Secondly, it's OK if your tax transcripts from previous year show 0 or minimal income. Like I said previously, it's your current income that they are looking at to gauge your ability to support the beneficiary and won't let him/her to become a public charge.

Don't overthink something that's not that complicated. Others have been in your shoes and they didn't have any problems as long as you've provided strong and substantial evidence proving current annual income.

Are you able to substantiate your current income?

How long have you worked?

2 months

If that's what you have, that's what you'd submit. With the limited number of payslips that you have, your employer's letter is even more important here. Their letter would state how long you've been working there and your expected annual income.

Now if you're still concerned, consider getting a co-sponsor who has an established annual income and not new to the workforce.

Here's the instructions from USCIS:

Item Number 2. Current Individual Annual Income. Enter your current, individual, earned or retirement, annual income that you are using to meet the requirements of this affidavit and indicate the total in the space provided. You may include evidence supporting your claim about your expected income for the current year if you believe that submitting this evidence will help you establish ability to maintain sufficient income. You are not required to submit this evidence, however, unless specifically instructed to do so by a U.S. Government official. For example, you may include a recent letter from your employer, showing your employer’s address and telephone number, and indicating your annual salary. You may also provide pay stubs showing your income for the previous six months. If your claimed income includes alimony, child support, dividend or interest income, or income from any other source, you may also include evidence of that income.

It should be what you make in 2017, not 2016 :)

Unless you have switched jobs and wanted to bring a more current form, you might wanna check with the original preparer on what was stated in the submitted copy. That way you have something identical with what's submitted.
