When you get a checklist from NVC- you have to send in documents- you start the clock over and it takes another 11-13 weeks before you get case complete.

Administrative processing is a black hole and the people who answer the phone at NVC are just regular customer service reps they don't really know much. You'd need to ask to speak with a supervisor to get actual information.

In the ceac before it changed it had my wife's full name including married name after case complete change just to her maiden name?

The same happened to me. I called NVC to discuss this issue and they told me that both of her last names are on the system, maiden and surname. Everything is okay. Her surname is even printed in our P4 letter.

Thanks it save me an hour on the phone waiting to call NVC not exactly sure what a p 4 letter is

Its the interview letter NVC sends you to confirm your consulate appointment. I was worried when I also noticed that my wife's last name changed but it turned out to be okay.
