@PP_2016 congrats!! I cants believe they actually asked about the pamphlet. Brings to mind mandatory training at work lol.

Guess I'll have to make sure my husband reads through it hahaa any idea if it was specific to the embassy or if there's a chance it could come up in any interview?

Hey i really cant answer that whether its specific to New Delhi. But while verifying the document the person told everyone to go through it as the CO will ask about it.

Good to know. Looks like they're releasing Canada interview dates! Congrats!

Regarding the medical, contact them and ask them if possible to do your medical appointment day before your interview (Friday in your case), meanwhile, ask them to send over a list of the required vaccinations.  In France, this is what they often do. So we got the list of vaccinations, took it to our general dr, took a blood test, got the blood results, asking our general dr to provide the missing vaccines. Then will bring the updated vaccines medical records to the medical. Where they'll do another blood test to verify that all vaccines are up to date. :)

Urgently, advise you to schedule your Medical to make sure they have an opening for you.  :)

This I imagine you can find doing a google search. But normally if flying within your own country, you don't need a passport, just some form of picture ID such as a Driver's license.

yes passsport not required for domestic flights within canada just one photo ID issued by government will be good. I have a date at Montreal 04th August :)

good luck...

There is only one doctor in Montreal.

You can do it there. I am going to do at Toronto as I live in Toronto. There are 3 doctors in toronto GTA area. But I am still waiting for Interview confirmation P4 letter email. Did you get it ?

@K&Kir Please see Cadtousa's response above. ;)

Cadtousa, you don't need your p4 letter to make your medical appointment. They may ask you to bring it to your appointment but don't need it to make your appointment.

And just a call out to everyone, your visa expires 6 months after you completed your medical visit.

yes the problem is on appointment day they need p4 letter. and doctor is going on vacation on july 26th. so they have only 2 days for appointment left 17th and 18th. And I am worried whether I will get p4 letter this week or not.

The other way I have is I take print out of Montreal consulate email that has my interview date and also print out of online account that has date and my case number where I registered for courier services. I think this 2 will be enough. I will check with clinic tomorrow and will book it.

They told they require 7 business days to give me result file back which I have to carry to Interview. So cannot book too close to Interview. And she told you have to do before doctor goes on vacation so no choice but to book for next week.

@cadtousa hello! As I mentioned before, I'm electronic processing so I know there is a slight difference in a few things...one of them being p4. We do not need this slip when at doctor, one of our forum cases has already gone through and approached this issue at the doctors office because everyone is adjusting to new electronic process. Anyway, I received email of appointment last night.

Onto the real issue... my interview was scheduled a whopping 32days from now and I am in Winnipeg. I just got off the phone with the 1 doctor in MTL and he says that since it falls on a Monday, medical would need to be done before the 8th in order to be done on time. And the only thing they have is the 4th. Sorry but I don't have the funds to float around MTL for 2weeks

I think I may have to reschedule interview because of this. We could always fly into Toronto, but we would have to spend a 5 days there in order to grab results and fly to MTL. HMmm.

I just asked Kim about the pamphlet. "What pamphlet"?

She had 5 questions.

Where does your husband live?

Who does he work for?

What type of company?

When are you looking to move?

Where did we meet?

He said he couldn't approve her because they couldnt find her or the boys medicals. She was issued a 221g pending medicals. They were in AP for 3 business days and then CEAC flipped to "issued" yesterday (July 12th)

Gonorrea test is a new requirement as of  last year I think. This one is listed for the uk site but I didn't see syphilis or chest X-rays listed either... unless it was shown in historical records.

can anyone else shed some light?
