my k1 was reject last year now uscis say your case is close

hello everyone ,, 

my k1 case was reject pakistan us emabssy  221g june 2016 ,, embassy sent the to nvc then sent to uscis .. in oct 2016 uscis reached my file ,,, they told to my fiancee that time after 6 months we will review ur file 

yesterday my fiancee call to uscis they told to her your case close ?

is it normal?

can we submit married file???

Timeline

 submit Married file? You mean CR-1 Form I-130 Spousal Petition? If you are married now then that is the only option. Not sure I understand the questions otherwise.

yes that is normal, k1 cases once are sent back are closed automatically. once a case is sent back isnt for review it is just to close, best thing to do is apply again or just get marry.

read the answer that they send sometimes on mail :

We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. On June 9, 2016, the Department of State sent us your case, Receipt Number EACxxxxxxxxxxxx, for review. Cases of this type that are returned to us for review are automatically administratively closed.

Aos interview July 2018

Work permit September2018

Aos approved July 24, 2019.

Roc April 27, 2021

Biometric reused june 28, 2021

N-400 online April 27, 2022 base on 3 years rule, biometric reused.

N-400 interview on December 12, 2022 combo interview i-751. Approved.

January 11, 2023 oath ceremony, Indianapolis. After that done with uscis😂🤭🤫

I took my oath ceremony in Indianapolis, it was a nice ceremony, where people from 35 coutry become american citizen.

01/11/2023 officially done with uscis :)

🤣

January 13, 2023 apply for us passport.( regular service).

March 11, 2023 passport in hand
