You don't need the passport to file the I-130.  You can file using your married name, then while waiting get your passport renewed.   Life will be a lot easier, later, if you use your married name.

Are you sure that it is not needed? Because in Page 5 Item No. 47 of Form I-130 it asks for the Passport Number of the beneficiary.

That is page 7 not page 5, and the header for the section is;  Beneficiary Entry Information  ( Beneficiary is not in the USA yet... or did I miss something?)

Instructions pertaining to Part items 45-50 make it clear this is for those that are already in the USA:

 

Passport and Travel Document Numbers. Complete Part 4., Item Numbers 45. - 50., as applicable, if the beneficiary relative used a passport or travel document to travel to the United States, enter either the passport or travel document information in the appropriate space on the petition, even if the passport or travel document is currently expired.
