Timeline

I have started my ROC  and this are some of the document i had so far .... have i miss anything 

·        Application fee - Form I-751

·        Copy of USCIS Form I-551 (Permanent Resident Card)

·         photographs

·        Copy of our joint US tax return for the year 2014,2015 and 2016

·        Copy of Huntington Bank statement of our joint checking account

·        Copy of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy

·        Copy of cable and electric bills

·        Copy of our cabin reservations for our first anniversary in 2015

·        Copy of my passport

·        Copy of my birth certificate

Do you mean statements spanning your entire marriage? If so, then good!

 

What about wills or medical power of attorney? These are easy to get and are great for ROC and life! Any life insurance or retirement/annuity with each other as beneficiary?

 

The more you can front load this with solid evidence of financial co-mingling, the better.

ROC check cashed 9/4/15

ROC Biometrics 10/1/15

ROC Approval 4/6/16 (waiting for actual card)

Permanent Green Card Arrived 4/14/16
Naturalization Interview 2/22/17 APPROVED!

Oath Ceremony 3/21/17--Joan is a US Citizen!

Dual Citizenship 7/7/22 Joan is now a Dual US/Filipino Citizen!

08/05/2014: I-129F approved

11/25/2014: Interview - approved

11/27/2014: K1 visa received

 

AOS 

03/03/2015: I-485, I-765 sent

05/13/2015: I-765 approved

05/20/2015: EAD received

06/14/2015: NPIW received (dated 06/11)

09/24/2015: I-485 approved

10/01/2015: Conditional Green Card received

 

ROC 

07/24/2017: I-751 package sent

07/26/2017: NOA1 date

08/01/2017: NOA1 hardcopy (extension letter) received
