I would add the co-sponsor, because your job is so new. Or you could try alone, making sure you have a letter from your employer stating the job is stable and long term, but have the co-sponsor document ready at interview in case thye say it is too new.
If your friend filed "married, filing jointly", which he likely did as it is more efficient, then yes, add a I-864A from the wife.

It wouldn't hurt to be ready with a joint sponsor, but you technically qualify based on current income.  Document it well with a pay stub.  One is enough if it shows YTD income.

Joint Sponsor means again I have to take i864A from friend Spouse( Not Working )

If your salary is $50,000 a year then that is what you state as your current annual income, not matter how long you've had the job when you submit the affidavit.  There is no question that asks how much you have made so far this year.  If your salary was $100k last month and you lost your job last Friday, your current income would be zero.

pushbrk,

So , I can Send i 864 with 3 Paystubs and employment letter for $50K.No need of Joint Sponsor

After a couple of months If they send RFE again I will send that month Paystubs.

What are your suggestions

Thanks for your time

No need for employer letter.  Usually, I would say one pay stub is enough but for a new job a few showing full pay period earnings will do.  Just take your gross times the number of pay periods in 12 months.  Remember if you're paid every two weeks, that's 26 pay periods.
