My husband and I will be celebrating two years of marriage on August 22, 2017. I did my interview at the embassy on May 16 and was approved. However, I will not be travelling until sometime in September.

When I enter in September which is after my second anniversary will I get a conditional GC or a permanent? 

Is there anyone who received their visa before their second anniversary but travelled after their second anniversary?

Just to clarify, it's not "conditional or permanent". It's conditional or unconditional. They both give legal permanent resident status.

That said Dee elle is correct, POE determines.

i know this question was probably asked somewhere... but does the embassy in kingston allow the usc fiance to accompany his or her jamaican fiance to the interview?
