Hi! I just want to ask if there's anyone here who recently submitted a request to expedite their case at NVC and already received a response saying the request is under review? I sent my request 2 days ago and haven't receive an email that it'll be reviewed by the consulate. Should I resend my request?

What is your reason to expedite?  But you are kidding about a response in 2 days right?  The government doesn't work like that I'm afraid.  But good luck

It's medical. I know expedite approval/denial can take a week or more, I'm just asking if they send a generic email saying that they receive the request and it's under review. I've read here in VJ that NVC sends this "under review" email after sending the request.

Sorry, I didn't mean to sound like a wise ###.  Expedites are very rare, however they can happen but...  Who has the medical issue?  I wish you the best both for your expedite and your health.  GOD Bless you both.  Aloha, David

My fiance and I got notified that our request for expedited processing at USCIS was forwarded to my consulate in Frankfurt and they accepted our request for expedited processing. Now I am confused because I haven't heard anything from my consulate and they told me after I emailed them to ask about our case and if they received it and they just responded saying that I should wait until packet 3. Any ideas how and what this expedition means? I was expecting them to be quicker but that hasnt been the case yet.
